I started using Optibac very successfully for acid reflux some years ago. I recently discovered my headaches are connected to Histamine intolerance which necessitates a more restrictive diet. I wrote to Optibac to check how probiotics react with histamine issues. The response was not only informative about histamine intolerance but also incredibly helpful about managing my intolerance.
