Optibac for Women is an excellent probiotic and very effective. I have been using this for several years.

I started using Optibac products a year or so ago, but had a hiatus because I felt like I didn't require as much probiotics. Since I feel like I need them again, straight back to this brand without hesitation. I have never used them for gut health etc, solely vaginal, so I always purchase the intimate flora variety. If only doctors would start prescribing such instead of antibiotics for cervical issues!? Whenever I get an imbalance (sometimes stress can throw it off or ovulation), it somehow affects my cervix & causes me to spot. When antibiotics did nothing years ago, I researched what other options might be out there, predominantly all natural...& that's when I discovered Optibac. A 30 day course of probiotics is usually enough to sort out the imbalance, thus calming my cervix, which stops the bleeding. I am at a loss over why doctors don't automatically recommend such for certain mild gynecological ailments. Probiotics are a simple & safe solution to certain problems, even chronic stomach issues. It should be the first thing they advise, yet they don't.
