Kerry joined Optibac as their first Nutritional Advisor, becoming Nutrition Team Leader as the team expanded. An experienced and published writer, Kerry then moved into the role of Content Manager from 2020 to 2023.
Kerry is herself a qualified nutritional therapist, with a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London. Her training encompasses naturopathy, nutritional therapy, functional medicine, and kinesiology. She is also a Metabolic Balance Coach.
Kerry also has many years of experience as a writer, having previously worked as a blogger, health & science writer, and news editor.
