Do I pay VAT on an international order?

All displayed prices include UK Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. Since the UK left the EU, the way VAT is handled depends on where you are: EU customers: We're registered for IOSS (Import One Stop Shop). This means your local VAT is added at checkout on orders up to €150, so you'll see the final landed price with no surprise charges when your order arrives. Orders over €150 will however not include VAT but will attract duties at point of entry to country. VAT rates vary by country, so prices may look higher than the UK RRP (for example, the UK VAT rate is 20%, but some EU countries are 23–25%). Customers outside the EU (rest of world): We don't charge VAT at checkout. Instead, your local customs authority may apply import VAT and duties when your order enters the country. These rules are set locally and vary from country to country.

I paid for express delivery on Friday/Saturday. When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be dispatched that day, with delivery on Monday. Please be aware that our offices are closed at weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.

What is your returns policy?

If you have changed your mind, you can return goods, at your cost, unopened within 14 days for refund or exchange, this does not affect your statutory rights. If you wish to return an unused and unopened product to us, we would be happy to issue a product refund upon receipt of the parcel. You can return the item to the following address: Unit 21-22 Mayfield Avenue Industrial Estate, Fyfield Road, Weyhill, Andover, Hampshire, United Kingdom, SP11 8HU. Please enclose your order number and state you would like a refund. Do note we can only accept returns on orders from our own website. Please be mindful that the cost of returning products internationally can sometimes be costly. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the postage incurred for any returned items.
